I hope they remember it that way.

I know, this sounds like a dumb question but I'm having a hard time remembering it.

Financially you come out way better than being trapped in the leasing cycle.One other thing to remember is that whether you lease or take mileage, this is a tax DEDUCTION, not a CREDIT.

Real estate value does work in cycles and right now it is a seller's market so just remember that and be prepared when it turns in the buyer's market.  

I seem to remember as a student that homes were pretty scarce and rented out quickly.

You also have to remember as a wholesaler you are selling service and solutions.

Remember the hard money loan is a temporary loan - 6-18 months long.  

 I have some of the same thoughts just looking around BP but you have to remember that this is a little like going to the gym and seeing all of the in shape people and assuming the world is in shape.  

I keep remembering what I heard a guest (Serge) say on a podcast: Multi-family is a very competitive sector, with very small profit margins.

Keep your eyes open and remember there's always more fish in the sea.
