One is my old Aviation partner his company is relevanthomes in Oregon you can google.. and there are others who build them in factory's and crane them in.so there are many who are a decade ahead of you I would study what they do.. also working in a jurisdiction that is anti development and density is probably not a smart thing to do.. find out where they want them then work there.

I would hesitate to recommend reading the textbook ahead of time, and instead, I might advise saving some steam for reading during the class session.

So--it is NOT a good deal...the seller will be the loser--and this "'buyer" that claims they are benefiting the seller is simply pushing unlicensed broker PROPAGANDA!

I was once doing very well financially, did a couple of flips and it was looking like thing would go full steam ahead.

The time sensitivity takes some planning ahead of time and more work to also find something to work within those constraints but feel like there's a lot of companies that can help make this successful.My strategy with MF is to leverage more. 

But the reason I am continually pushing buyers into less expensive homes is that the numbers are dramatically better in the 40-80K purchase price range than 125 and up.
