First of all, a Fraternity CHAPTER house is usually a place for organizational meetings and ceremonies all of which don't involve excessive drinking.

@Myka Artis If only our local regulations were that lax...We had to switch from purely nightly rentals to corporate rentals on a handful of units because of our city's changing regulatory environment.

I do not want to invest purely for the tax advantages but i won't lie those are a HUGE reason.

The other 98-99% were most likely pure tire kickers that will never do anything, but are requesting my time. 

@Travis Zuehls Just so you know, those BS "business credit lines with 0% for 12-18 mo.s" you see hawked by people on here are not cash credit lines....they are trade line type credit at places like home depot, office depot, etc, etc....pure crap, and they want to charge you (5 or so for the "credit lines" they "get for you".

Kitchens and baths sell houses; appliance features sell kitchens.I personally would not use a fridge without ice/water through the door, because I only drink filtered water, and for me the fridge paid for itself many times over in lieu of buying bottled water.
