There are some lessons that can only be learned through experience, and A HH will provide incredibly valuable lessons that no mentor, real estate course, book or podcast could ever teach (though, I'd still recommend reading up on relevant RE resources, listening to podcasts, etc.).

There are a number of people who post here who will likely provide way better bang for the buck. 

The BiggerPockets community is a valuable resource, and connecting with other investors can provide insights and support.

Get a team, a good team, get advice from them, pool BP for what it can provide, and don't get bogged down for months/years while "getting ready."
