So I’ve polled a good chunk of syndicators and they’ve all said something similar to you michael- the ability to raise capital is key.I’m going to start doing that with my single family houses so I’m better positioned in a year to bring some value to the table for a GP slot in a syndication.How much capital are you trying to raise michael?

I would argue that the manufactured homes being built as an industry have a substantially better build quality than most of the small companies producing tiny homes. 

Worst case scenario is you rent the home out after you leave in 3 years and you have an income producing property.

The process for a property to be accepted into a voucher program can take months, and during that time the property is vacant and producing no income.

But they don't have the beach's  Or world class agriculture that allows the best produce year round. 

They can recommend and probably spec out the repair (i.e. produce drawings).

Single family property we own with bank construction financing will produce a pretty large profit after reno is completed.

The resulting toilet paper shortage produced scenes like the one pictured below throughout the US.
