[/b][/u]Once they buy the home from you, have them sign a property management agreement with you, where you will manage their property for $50/month to just do advertising and documents (no landscaping maintenance, etc.).

I also am wondering what the best way to transition into writing up the offer and getting them to agree to sign it so that I can move forward on trying to promote a signed agreement at my local clubs.Many times I end up making the offer, and they say something to the effect of "let me think about it", "i have other offers" or "i dont want to sign something and be locked in", etc...

If you sign up and pay their fee, you can actually get our name, address, phone number and personal loan information leading those to believe our house is available for a quick pick-up (for lack of a better phrase) I have contacted them several times but they seem to feel a need to continue reporting this false information without making an attempt to verify the accuracy.
