Amex is amazing in that you can shift available/unused credit balance from a personal line to the new business line(s).

From the overall investor-with-investments perspective, rather than operator, there are properties and places with wells--i.e., not on municipal.This may be totally obvious to the poster and many viewers, but I often find if people invest in a limited geographic area it's easy to assume certain costs as price-of-doing business.

Robinson which has then led me to BiggerPockets but, I believe the key difference is the individual deciding whether or not the want to make this a genuine lifestyle shift and run it like a true business or if they are, like you stated, only wanting and hoping for some fast cash.

I'd be happy to look over your numbers and give you some perspective if you like.

From the leadership perspective, I have had a lot of experience in my corporate career where I was a operations manager and managed about $100 million yearly spending, a $300 million production unit, 135 employees with 10 of them being salary.

Is it better from a tax perspective to pay him or give rent credit for work done?
