Assuming your LLCs are a sole proprietorship, the accounts should also be in the name of the LLC not your personal name.As others have said, a series LLC is most likely overkill at this stage of the game. 

I personally would increase it to within 5-8% of market, collect a pet deposit and forgo the additional pet rent. 

Try to stand out, by being the most interested person and not the most interesting person.
