I just came back from a vacation to GA and heard about a Mega EV and EV battery plant under construction outside of Savannah that's opening up in 2025 that's expected to employ 8100 people.  

I'm not against couples, kids or families at all, I'm just concerned about the ratio of people to bathrooms.  

I think it is just slow for a lot of people right now.I like the nighttime outdoor pictures, the outdoor spaces and games.I don't think I'd list an air matress as a primary sleeping place.

Most people like to see who they are communicating with on this site.  

Right now you are just asking people to spend time talking to you because that is what you want, but where is the gain in it for them?

People don't just offer up their house at a discount.

On the other hand, if interest rates stay the same or go up, then you'll be happy you didn't wait around until they did. 

Curious on peoples thoughts if I over stretched or if this is a “good enough” deal to get my first house hack in this market.

Some people say it’s 12 months minimum before you don’t have to pay back the grant while others say 24 months.

I think that is the best place for young people to get started.
