I sincerely apologize for the misinterpretation and any frustrations I may have caused you or anyone else.My biggest recommendation to the Gentleman asking the initial question, would be to take a referall from someone he knows and trusts (which in a way, is what he is asking for here) of someone who is Pleasant, Patient, Competent, and a Good person to those around him/her.
