Another thought is to be patient.

It's been said here on BP, " No deal is better that a bad deal" my favorite saying right now is "be in a rush to be patient"

., motivated, desperate, patient, etc...I threw out an offer of $1500 and asked him how close we can get to that number and the both of us be happy.

This was a message most likely written for their own satisfaction and for public consumption, not to actually address any particular issue with Airbnb.

If it's located off of Charlotte, it's priced to high and you can do better if you're patient.  

So I am trying to stay patient!

There are no rules and many pitfalls but if your patient and can keep your realtor patient a good deal can be had. 

Be creative and patient at what you decide on.  

I sincerely apologize for the misinterpretation and any frustrations I may have caused you or anyone else.My biggest recommendation to the Gentleman asking the initial question, would be to take a referall from someone he knows and trusts (which in a way, is what he is asking for here) of someone who is Pleasant, Patient, Competent, and a Good person to those around him/her.

So keeping these appliances in good shape, properly connected and inspected is insurance for me, and I think it adds to tenant satisfaction.
