Does anyone have any recommendations for a Partnership Agreement Template for a 50/50 Partnership?

Question for those that have partnered with a GC before, how have you structured the partnership?

@Travis M.It depends on where it is being transferred from.If it is transferred from an individual - should be no issue.If it is transferred from a partnership - there are some items to consider(distribution, tax basis, etc)

It would have continued being fine if I didn't have multiple partnerships, etc. 

I do some partnership stuff in the Northeast but it would have to be really opportunistic, and I make some equity plays when appropriate. 

Such collaboration calls for synergies that would allow each partner to deploy his or her unique skills set for the benefit of the partnership.

I hope to build relationships, partnerships, and a great network to gain knowledge, experience, and income with the community here on BP.

If your partner was fronting ALL the money, then a 50/50 partnership might make sense.
