I know Mel from other meetups, and she came out to volunteer at a cleanup day I organized in Oakland.

GMail also has an "Archive" function.

There are many conversions out ther that are problematic and have functionally obsolescence.

Also, most of New England grew pretty organically, and not in a planned way.  

I can't imagine this would or should apply to a homeowner who has a flexible workplace and can function at home via the internet.

actually based in the greater long beach area.i took a quick look at PWR.net and some of their links are currently broken =/ but its the organization and their MLS access i'm interested in joining, not their website per say and well.. i'm always optimistic about supporting the little guys / startups rather than just going with the most popular which the masses flock tolet me know the good the bad of em out there? 

I believe RE and Stocks function like brother and sister, they fight sometimes, but they are extremely powerful together, granted you know allot about both of them.

They have a main meeting once a month as well as subgroups for flipping, rentals, etc.You can find more info at http://azreia.org.Also, we have organized some local happy hour meetups in the past and I would be happy to add you to the email list if you are interested (as well as anyone else in the forum).  

VRBO/HomeAway already has this calendar functionality.Why not check with them and see if they can provide a separate Homeowner login where they can only see their property, and your PM login can see all the properties you are managing.I went to the Homeaway summit in Atlanta this summer and they seem to be very accommodating and they are constantly looking for ways to improve their system.They may already have this in Beta form and you could possibly sign up as a Beta tester to get his functionality if it isn't available to the masses yet.Certainly wouldn't hurt to ask.Other option is to have a separate logon for each property on VRBO/HomeAway that you share with each owner.
