I live 20 min from Cal Lutheran, for the last 20yrs, but like you, new to this online community. 

What I'm seeing online seems to contradict each other and when I call no one picks up. 

Personally I have spoken to someone who does photography as a hobby and has put some photos online and done a few photo shoots about taking pictures of my properties as they become available so I will have good quality pictures for advertising purposes as I think this does make a difference.
