Does anyone know how we should be valuing a wholesale and flip company?

@Rahul Gupta the absolute best way to use just about ANY vendor is to get a recommendation from another investor in your market that has already used that person/company. 

Saint John has the most cyclical local economy of the three cities.Moncton has a little bit of everything: established insurance companies; retail supply hubs; universté, vibrant biotech and IT sectors, some government, etc.

Just curious if anyone has a checklist that they go through when evaluating new property management companies for out of state investing?

First company quoted us $9.5K, 2nd quoted us $4.5K, and the last quoted us $1K and had great references.

Expecting another company to change their systems and processes to accommodate you is a recipe for disaster. 

There are a few DOB violation removal companies throughout the boroughs.

The real key is to use a title company that has done these.
