I was on the roof from 8pm-9pm in the rain covering 4 roof vents on a slippery roof, it stopped the water from coming into the master bathroom, a temporary solution until we get the vents replaced.

After the inspection, we discovered the roof will need to be replaced in the next 3-5 years and we asked for the cost of the roof to be deducted (12K), which they accepted.
