If you rehab for rent, it should be fairly cheap ( I guesstimate $15K-$20K provided you opt for cheap warehouse type cabinets, windows and doors), again all that assuming that mechanically, the house is in good shape.

So I called on several mobile homes for sale and I've visited about 25-30 parks here in Utah and there is hardly anything for sale (0-4 homes per park)!
