Make sure you establish your budget with your contractor though and not the supplier  because they know how much to include for all of the materials, install, mobilization, time etc.

@Bhanu P.There are solutions to your concerns: 1) You can request cashier's check to be mailed to you, I don't imagine you needing this often.2) You can have your tenants send you image of the front and back of the check, then you can use your phone to make mobile deposit.

When you type your email make sure that there is no space after it ( sometimes mobile keyboards add a space automatically after you type ).
