Yes.The deal has hardship as the borrower stopped making payments and it went through some phase of foreclosure, again more often than not some hardship is present.

Question: We purchased a 2 acre estate lot in an HOA neighborhood, it was a new phase of the neighborhood, estate lots for sale, and when we closed they had not filed for the phase to be HOA, therefore: nowhere on our deed or anything says we are HOA.

Because I am in the military and only expect to be in my next location 2-3yrs I will still use a property manager for all my deals.Long term I will continue to buy and hold and would like to attempt a flip on a couple properties to build up some cash.
