I searched Zillow and thought that I'd found someone but upon speaking with him, let's just say that we weren't a good match.

@Robert Andrade and @Chelsea Chronopoulos, I originally started out to get my license to make it easier to access properties, write my own contracts, cut out the middle-man, so to speak.

But valuations are much higher.I can't speak for NJ, but I know they are in the top 5 for taxes in the nation.  

When originally developed in the 1910's it was a luxury bedroom community for the downtown financial district and over the last 100 years has fallen into disrepair.

So more then happy to connect and speak to every one that has questions, comments, and concerns.We are also building New construction rentals ( duplexs and quads where we can ) but hard to find land that is approved for the Quads.

If I were you I would spend a lot of time speaking with brokers to see what they offer to a part time realtor.
