Good afternoon BP,I am looking for my first deal to flip and I was hoping to get some clarity around the early stages. 

I apologized profusely and I told her I would send a handyman to change the ceiling fan that afternoon. 

Maybe you’re too lazy too put in any real work though and would prefer to have internet strangers train you?

A mentor/friend that I really look up to gave me the advice to work so hard and put in enough diligence on every deal (essentially, never become satisfied and or lazy.. keep pushing always) in order to best ensure that luck plays as little of a variable as possible as well as ensuring the best probable chance of success.

I have utmost respect for this personality, and they deserve every dollar plus that they make, I have no intention of it though, doesn't fit my elegantly lazy personality.

On the positive side, I think people being lazy is on your side on this one.

The listing agent said they had accepted an offer eight minutes ago (In the middle of the afternoon) and that he was canceling the other three showings scheduled for that afternoon.

The REIA groups have been lazy with their meetings in my area.
