I need to set up an LLC in Tennessee but live in California. Any recommendations in the Knoxville/Pigeon Forge Area?

Colorado is a little different than other states because in order for an agent to represent a buyer here we are technically supposed to have a buyer's agency agreement signed, and the form we are supposed to use is called the Exclusive Right to Buy Agreement, otherwise we are considered to be in the default working relationship which is as a "transaction broker".

The exact wording and length of time required varies by state.Maybe an eviction lawyer / service would be a good choice this first time - then, you can watch what they do.

Under the same condition you hire a RE lawyer and innocent or guilty your going to have a crying wife, a ruined year, and even possible health problems from the degree of injustice felt, plus the degree of insult from being a victim of this carefully engineered theft.
