Well, that’s at least what they tell me about it, because again…I’ve never set foot inside of the home.The key to flipping houses you’ve never seen is all about surrounding yourself with a good team.

Verifying financials is a key component and getting any price reductions from an inspection report before doing an appraisal or phase one is key.

We tried offering cash for keys, but that did not work.Trying to purchase the property from a relative. but every one is concerned about the dead beat who will not budge and not move at all.

Do we invest in a 3-4 unit older home with good rental history but probably needs quite a bit of maintenance (and might not attract the best quality tenants at the rental price point) or do we go with a newer duplex that is basically turn-key but doesn't have a rental history because both sides were owner-occupied?

@Mark Shaffar  Dawns sharing her success for sure then her partner in CA doing a  POD cast and the next thing you know you spawned a new Turn key market there in Milwaukee.. so its good for the city ,,, contractors and others.. just puts pressure were very little existed with the local investors before it became popular.
