And that one risk, is the same one that landed me a job with a local investment bank when I penned a letter directly to the chairman of the board ripping apart his old school view on education after an interview that aired on public television.April 2010: After rising thru the ranks at the bank, I realized the investment banking culture was too cutthroat, and simply not right for me. 

Somehow the topic switched from whatever we’d scheduled to mobile home and mobile home parks – my friend’s forte.He spent the next hour tutoring us on owning and operating mobile home parks.

Back in January of 2015 I left my job to take care of my dad.

Tomorrow the final coat will be applied, and by the day after the handyman and I will be able to walk on it and start doing finishing jobs like fans, lighting, quarter rounds, and blinds.We also have a tenant lined up with the lease due to be signed this Friday, at the hoped-for rate of $650/mo.  

That seems to be where a ton of retirees and young demographic are moving too which is fueling big gains in population growth and job diversity.I still have clients in cold belt states.

I am 27 with a stable job, but being newly out of college I don't want to take on too much risk.

Most contractors I've called are either not equipped to do the retrofit, or are too big to want to deal with a small job.  

The work looks good, but as they were completing the job we were right at closing. 

It's a job, that you always have to work at.
