Should I have them sign a Consumer Notice?

i havebeen a member on the site for a few years consuming the information on the forums and absorbing the content from the podcasts but i have not posted much on the forums. 

Going through a Jury trial is not only expensive for both sides but time consuming aswell.

My partner at the time bailed because we were NOT cutting corners & he found the work time consuming, expensive & too involved to comprehend.

Ironically, I totally get them.

@Caleb Heimsoth I believe those fees are write-offs and aren’t they less expensive, time consuming, and stressful than losing my house or other properties from a lawsuit?

I realize REI in itself can be very time consuming, but once my portfolio is established I hope it will allow me to focus on other things.
