That's expensive and depends so much on what you want.Of the houses we did last year, the remodeling costs ran from $28,000 to $60,000 and all involved new roofs, some new Heating and Air, new kitchens etc.

but when i start to read about them, it's like woooooowwww - alot is involved or at least it appears that way.

Potentially I can be involved in R.E. full or part time, as my non-R.E. activities give me flexibility.There was an excellent post somewhere else on this forum (can't remember where I saw it), saying that to make money, you have to add value.

On my credit report it didn't show anything that references that it was not originally my account, so in a creditors eyes it is my account.

We each have our own interests, preferences, comfort zone and I just can't agree that everyone needs to be involved in RE as implied.No disrespect intended...

I know people who get involved and start investing in their 20's seem to make it.
