Based upon what I'm reading I really think this is an effective strategy and would like pointers on how to get started.Basically, I'd like to set a respectable property up within 1-2 miles of a University pre-furnished, with made service 2-3 times per week, on site laundry, utilities (including Internet access) covered by me and charge a premium.

Hi Elaine,I used Allied for my License and all my renewals, they are great, very user friendly courses on the internet. 

Some people do not like putting their deals all over the internet and if that's your case send out emails to the people who've responded to this post.

The repairs could easily total 100k, but like I said, I'm looking at a huge spread with a clear 100k of profit at least.I've gone on the internet, and called city and government entities to no avail!

Another also...if they have even basic access to the internet, you can signup for a free Adobe account and use their EchoSign service to have the documents eSigned.
