Another option I have read about, but that I'm not sure is common practice or viable yet, is initially issuing the loan with a personal guarantee, even though the deed would be under the LLC.

I need to know how to pull the trigger on a property and I figured figuring out how I was going to put up the money is my first step in.

I am wondering if this is a necessary step and something that needs to be accomplished before we close on our first property?

Zillow isn't the best but if you're in a conforming neighborhood a Zillow valuation would be a decent gauge before initiating a real estate agent to work on your behalf.
