I have photos of the interior from the wholesaler and the home is about 30 years old in a great neighborhood. 

Make sure you get an attorney filed mortgage on the property (paid by the borrower) and set up an inspection based draw payment (deposit, exterior, interior, punch list is fairly common).  

With the level of rehab in them, especially the one that rents for $1000/month....if I were to sell them in the next 3-7 years, I am only looking at new carpet and interior paint and can really not worry about Capex spending as it has been rehabbed with all new inside and out etc.  

Over the past 5 years I have continued to improve the property both on the exterior and interior of each unit.  

Maybe contact a local interior decorator and ask for referrals.  

I'm including more numbers below if you want to take a look at them.After going into a unit and checking out the common areas today, my broker described it as "B-" in terms of interior, and "A" in terms of location.

Then they use the inspection contingency to evaluate the interior.
