Hello BP Forum,I am very new and exploring options to gain education and experience from within the industry.

I'm excited to meet and network with other professionals in the industry.  

Here is something no one has mentioned yet:If you make this industry your business (takes a lot of work), then you can potentially deduct your losses.Not good for this year, but something to think about if you eventually decide you want to do this as a job.

I would like to repurpose the property away from lodging operations which is not a consistent revenue generating proposition and into a long term land-lease agreement from any industry sector company who will use the building/land to fit their needs?
