Hi,My husband and I are planning on turning the proceeds from the sale of our vacation rental into a commercial real estate deal.

From my experience:- Propstream has more detailed and complete information and better for finding off market deals.- Privvy is easier for seeing investor activity in the area and seeing the before/after of flips (how much they bought and sold it for) How do you find off market deals on Propstream? 

I tried to google but could only find vacantion-like sites with exorbitant prices.- Is there a kind of person who could help me with pre-sale improvements (roughly saying, to tell me what is worth replacing, improving, etc and what is not,1 to make the house more attractive for the buyer)?

I plan to short and/or mid term rent it out and the numbers look reasonable without flood insurance. 

There wasn’t much to steal—just a drill and a bag of chips.
