I started looking for podcasts and books and came across bigger pockets. 

Can anyone provide me a guide to setting up an LLC or should I just use legal zoom or does anyone know of a CPA/someone who has set up an LLC in the Atlanta area that would be willing to assist me in the formation?

My personal example is this: ( a few years ago, we were financing a wonderful commercial property, deal fell through because an out of state bank representative guided us to apply for the wrong financing product that wasn't available in our state.

So just do things by the book.
