It's not quite as fast as some podcast guests would have you believe, but you're doing well.

MTR is a hospitality business, similar to the STR, more upfront cash, you are being thoughtful and intentional around how you present, offer, and welcome guests on the front end, plus the same leasing, monthly payments, maintenances requests as a LTR; but you a get a more money monthly. 

Factor in a buffer for maintenance and unexpected costs.It's also wise to discuss rent, utilities, house rules, and guest policies upfront.

I really enjoy running the STR, providing great value for our guests and ensuring they have an excellent time.
