Looking to graduate to a STR duplex or two family.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Florida, graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a Masters in International Real Estate and founded Politan Real Estate in the early 2010's based on over a decade of real estate experience — with a focus on commercial real estate since 2011.Passion is what separates the artist from the worker and the day you start being passionate about your work is the day you stop going to work for someone else or a pay check....You go to work to create your art!

BTW, she was NOT a graduate of some guru mentorship program; she read some basic real estate text books, attended REIA meetings, took a community college course on real date principles, and was willing to do the work that most people (my self included!)

In areas like graduate hospital, I see people adding a 3rd story.  

I would just ensure you don’t allow booking that far in advance and/or have a season where those weekends are already super high.I haven’t fully vetted airbnbs in college station, but I know you can do pretty well if you maximized game days and graduations.

And thanks to decades of their work being denigrated and dismissed, most successful skilled tradesmen CANNOT STAND smug college graduates and look to undermine them wherever they can.

I assume I'll be trying to get traffic from either Six Flags Great America traffic or Navy Graduation families.My main reason for purchasing in this area is to have a vacation home for myself.
