Or would i be rushing my own rental ambitions and generating too much risk with too little understanding?

Ive been logging my hours and even given the ling hours I spend writing my lease documents and cleaning the properties, generating monthly payment invoices, paying vendors and utilities, I just hover around the 800 number.

I wanted to toss my hat in the ring, our company is correspondent lender working with 25 of the top investors.It would be a pleasure to offer up insight and or generate a couple of loan options and quotes for you based on your loan scenario. 

Once you generate sufficient wealth, then you have capital to invest with syndications or other private equity funds. 

(Other then me smelling like 3 month un-washed ape and Goofy AF, rude, don't like people very much, blunt, direct, lack emotion, compassion and allergic to stupidity.... our lead generation game is off the charts.

I've written sales letters and emails that have directly generated millions of dollars in sales...I don't mentioned any of this to brag...but rather to ask YOU:Can I use these skills to find off-market deals in NYC?

Seems like a great place to start building our portfolio an generating cash flow but I could be wrong  .

Of course, I would then have to put off for a while (the dream of) buying and living in a single-family house, which is part of the sacrifice I need to make if I want to start generating cash flow from rentals to invest into more properties.

But if you are doing things like index investing, automated investing (dollar cost averaging), and/or doing your research to pick so called "generational" companies and HOLD these stocks for the long term, it's less gambling and just part of investing.5)  House hack like crazy before you get married or if already married before you have kids.   

It generates a lot of renters.
