A Canon 5D MkIII (full frame DSLR) with a Canon 16-35mm LII lens - very wide angle.Any very wide angle setup will do, but combine that with a decent HDR in-camera function or HDR in post processing.I can shoot most houses in under 45 minutes.

There are a large number of older and even historic properties out there, and I imagine only a small number of them have been renovated up to current standards, So whether you’re renting it out or flipping it, if they look and function beautifully I think they’ll be in demand.

I also like their approach to property rehab; they place a lot of emphasis in presenting attractive, problem-free and functional properties on the market for their renters.If I had the capital I would invest in their PIG (Preferred Investor Group) program because it offers A to Z guidance to investors who are interested in multi-family properties which is the ultimate prize, in their philosophy.

He used the same tactic I did, one LLC for a certain function with it owing money to another LLC.
