I am net new in real estate, still have a w2 job in the IT field. 

I am looking for recommendations on some good real estate investing books that you have read and think would help me gain more knowledge in this field ( I am currently reading “rental property investing” ).

WE provide an apartment-size washer and dryer in our apartments because they are on a septic and we want to control how much waste water is going into The septic tank & field.  

Any advice, tips, books or fields of real estate investment to go to?

I am currently speaking with a few mortgage brokers, and will continue my research in this field.

@Brian PaineThere are fields that are visible to agents that the general public cannot see such as showing instructions and notes to other agents that is intended to only be read by other agents.

I am a 24 year old father of 2 sons in Dallas TX looking for a career field to began creating some type of foundation for my family through this pandemic.

What made me interested with investing into this deal was that it's actually in my mother's hometown and also, where I played college football at.

As others have said, get a job first, preferably in the same field.

I would like to start an accountability group to get back in on the field in the Fayetteville/Triangle, NC area focusing on taking action weekly to get deals done.
