Be prepared for a property inspection to verify things like condition and to provide supporting documents to show any deficiencies or obsolescence which would contribute to a lower value.

Built in the 90'sIt's about 1900 sq ft I'm getting it for the low 80's and the neighbor hood supports new construction upwards of mid to low 200's and renovated homes to mid to high 100's It looks as if they already turned the garage into a family room/denFirst my problem is the textured t111 vertical siding Second is the small windows and the lack of Windows I have read a booklet on how to renovate one of these and it seems like these can be really upgraded in a myriad of ways.

Series work well for larger commercial investors where each series controls one multi-million dollar investment so the scale of the investor's operation supports the ongoing administrative expense of maintaining a series LLC, but the same is not true for the smaller investor.

I've found support for the 21-day start on both sides: after surrendering the keys and also at the end of the lease.
