It becomes "spam central station" - I wish that the administrators of BP would clean this up - However, I fear that due to their business model, they are not inclined to reprimand this behavior, since it appears that these same folks are paying the pro and premium fees, thus cash flow for them.Ironically - guess who voted for your post, yup - you got it @Julio Gonzalez.

A lot of STR don't give problems at all, but it is the fear of people living in the neighbourhoods of problems, drunk people, etc that normally is not happening at all.

We don't want them neglecting issues out of fear of having to pay for it themselves, but we also don't want to keep paying for service calls that don't need to be done.... that's why the lease needs to cover these scenariosIf this was really good long term tenant that rarely called or was a PITA in some way, I'd probably eat the cost of this one inspection, but make it perfectly clear that future issues will be dealt with EXACTLY as the lease states
