Make sure your internet/WiFi speed is adequate for streaming services👍🏼

I just finished up a traditional stick build house and understand that in New Jersey many of the building inspections are done at the state level rather than local and that it can speed up the process greatly to go modular and potentially have some cost savings.

But I too am missing connections and guidance on this jouney and I feel like surrounding myself with like minded people will speed up the conversion process.

I'm a broker in 45 states and can say this: brokers are meant to find the best financing options for you and can sometimes speed up the closing if they have a good relationship with the lender.On average, brokers charge 1-2% of the loan amount for their services. 

Also, just because an agent can access (in theory) all listed properties, they don't have access to all unlisted/pocket listings.Also, all agents aren't able to react at the same speed. 

I do feel many of the programs are overpriced but if you want to learn a subject or a skill; hiring a mentor is one of the fastest ways of doing it. 

Columbus is one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S at the moment.

I guess what I am saying is that if I wanted to jump right in and start a business that made that amount, could large amounts of capital speed up that time frame?

Prices have gone up in the last few years, like most other places around the country, but Cumberland County, PA, across the river from Harrisburg City is the fastest growing county in the state. 

That's just the timing it takes for ACHs to clear and nobody can speed that up without fronting you the money.
