For me it has always been a focus on real estate investing.The second thing to do is examine your own skill set.

I understand the spirit of the this Illinois law/Code and somewhat disagree with it for my situation.

I tend to disagree about it lowering rental rate   Almost all of the new rentals are luxury apartments not competing w the rentals I’m doing or many of the other people local to here.

The only thing I would respectfully disagree on is that "STR's are not as easy as some people want you to believe to operate".
