I live in Roanoke, work in Blacksburg, and invest in Christiansburg.I'm interested in Buy and Hold properties in Blacksburg and Christiansburg.

Firstly, you'd want to make sure that once they do move here they have a place to live -- their own housing and personal finances comes first.

I have also come to learn the house I was living in college for 2 years was not correctly following all of the regulations.

Construction loans are available in Mexico but its a complicated and very expensive process.As a developer, I find and buy the land, plan and obtain all the permits, recruit a general contractor, market and sell the condos to investors who either use them for part time living or list them on AirBanB. 

what’s up everyone  I have a question would love some advice my child hood friend mom selling her home it’s listed for 430k the area i also lived in for 25 years house located around the corner from me currently not in bad condition at all what strategy could I tackle this opportunity with to start my portfolio and start cash flowing building wealth for the future ?

If you can house hack, like @Nicholas L. said, that is ideal because you will need the least amount down to do it and can get the enjoyment and landlord experience out of it.

We live in such a day and age that sending things through email is not safe, you are compromising that PII (personal identifiable Identification).
