You would definitely need to also work on your income or get other people to co-sign on the loan to afford a $850k-$950k home. 

Most people do not care about those items, some may but those who do not will not be willing to pay extra for it.

@Tom Server this is more of a lending forum but sure, you can receive as much as people are willing to give you. 

Thinking owner of property saved $30,000 to have it removed.Only imagine the look on people's face when they saw first day versus day on market. 

I like mobile homes and people seems to like it too, or maybe cause one of my mobile home is by the lake, and the other one is in a Nice neighborhood and a very good school district.
