Greeting BP,I've done a little bit of research and have yet to find the clear answer - so I'm putting it out here: Do you know if the credits for heat pumps (or other energy upgrades) will be allowed for a residential (single-family) rental property?

New plumbing, electrical, insulation, sheetrock, paint, finishes.

A lot goes into value of land, utilities, electric, flood plane, existing grading, zoning, location.

It could be possible to run electric heat in some of those, but that will still be very costly.  

We did a full cosmetic renovation pluse added plumbing and electrical for a new bathroom What was the outcome?

Needed paint, new kitchen flooring and some light electrical.

I looked into it pretty heavily for electric bikes for one of my apartments.

According to the owner document they pay water/sewer (6,200/yr) and gas/electric (7,800/yr)SECTION 8 QUESTIONSThe current owner provided a document with individual rents totaling 7,900/mo (waiting on actual lease paperwork to confirm this) stating that all units were at 1-bedroom rates. 

You're asking someone to spend a lot of time and energy to share what they've spent years - maybe decades - learning and developing.
