Baltimore City or Baltimore County and surrounding areas? 

I work at Sprint, but it's just a 20m drive to The Legends area.

The other is you give the company a test drive - and you get to see both sides - the landlord and tenant side. 

We passed up a house that all the walls were crumbling, dirt basement,  outlets in floors, old fuses, etc..To top it off, it had just snowed and I about got stuck trying to find the drive which sloped down.

It was driving my wife crazy.Long story short, I had fallen behind on my outdoor chores and hadn't cleaned the gutters in much too long.

I would mostly use it for emails, browsing internet etc and I am not really concerned with storage because i have a hard drive and PC at home and I also use dropbox.  

I have little experience, but have the time, effort, drive, and motivation to (and great credit) to put forth on a deal with an experienced investor.

@Larry FriedThanks, I actually am considering a turn key company in Jacksonville as one possibility if I decide not to be driving up there every day during a reno or similar.  

The biggest drawback for most investors is dealing with the tenant's in the lower income bracket and for many this drives them out of real estate.
