You are very likely stuck with the laundry lease until it expires, but you should carefully read the contract.The seller should have disclosed the existence of the laundry lease during your due diligence period.

Everyone’s situation is slightly different, so a conversation where you can disclose details you might not want to publicly share is helpful.

It is getting inspected tomorrow, so I'm hoping that anything the didn't disclose is found by the inspector.

I think this is possible because she instantly mentioned that she would take less when she first disclosed the price and the unit needs updating since the previous occupant was in it since the 90s and the one before that, the 80s and neither stepped away from their desks long enough to look around.
