In an effort to assist our investors in making the most sound decisions currently I have listed some general impacts that the Coronavirus has had on real estate in my opinion. 

Because of the constantly changing situation regarding how (or if) the local and federal government might offer financial assistance to small businesses, we are pushing to offer a simple rent deferral at this point.

I was thinking my one tenant on public assistance is probably my LEAST likely not to pay rent next month. 

Are there any rent program assistance offered by government?

EX; a day school for out of work teachers to assist kids with online school

I'll be following this discussion to see if you guys hear of anything that assist us landlords. 

And, sometimes people respond without reading or worse, are complete idiots and take what you said entirely out of context or, maybe you just thought they did until you go back and read what you posted and discover you were not very clear in the first place - lol - welcome to the digital world of people.

Government assistance programs will be available.

Anyone know of any assistance programs for landlords? 

If we have extracted all of our investment money (we have only succeeded in extracting all of our investment when it got an assist due to market appreciation) then our return from that point on is infinite.
