I conduct an inspection of each of my units every year for health/safety concerns, plumbing issues, deferred maintenance, etc.  

Only time it may be required is in the case of a Health/Safety issue such as mold remediation.

As I am a citizen of the wealthiest country in the world, I honestly believe that NO American should be hungry, NO American should be denied access to an affordable education, and NO American should go without health care.

Can the federal budget handle billions more in lost revenue when it's already in record red-ink territory especially as it weighs potentially very expensive issues like health care reform?

If it is significant, get the health department involved.
