Hello Bigger Pockets community!

Now is the time to seriously sit down and do some research as I have a new job which gives me a lot of downtime to study real estate and contribute to this wonderful community.

Great to have you here in the community. 

He had a few other properties in Cancun, a lot in a development community right on the beach, and a pair of massive farms where he had big plans.

I share my story so the person reading this, who is where I was at in March, will know your goals can be attainable in Real Estate with hard work and dedicating the time to do the research.  

We are primarily interested in investing in multi family housing and mobile home communities throughout MT.

My wife recently purchased an 8000 watt electrical ceramic kiln, 240V 1 phase power, 33.6 amps.I am installing in the basement of my home (owner occupant, not in a municipality that requires an electrician's license):1. 50 amp dedicated breaker in the panel, per kiln manufacturer's recommendation.
