And it's worked for generations and the wealthy for a very long time because mutual insurance companies understand the human lifecycle quite well (law of large numbers), they're well regulated, make safe and sound investments and in several cases have paid out dividends consecutively for over 150 years (Mass Mutual, Lafayette Life, etc).

Conservative LTV first trust deeds are currently paying over 9%  and generate good cash flow when buying doesn’t make sense.Yes that´s another wonderful alternative, I invest in notes as well, got no tenants & no toilets and with those interest rates a return, where I don´t need to buy real estate for cashflow.

I knew that in Michigan (and im sure across many states as well), you can purchase your first home with only  3% down on a conventional loan, or 3.5% down with a FHA loan.

Since the depositer is not the owner of the account, this receipt does not show the account balance.I then have the option to sweep their deposit into another account that does not have cross collatoralization.
