There are a few in meetup.com but I do want to make a distinction because a master mind group is typically for investor already working deals that need info, opinions or resources from other investors vs if you haven't done any deals there are groups in meetup that they teach how to invest, they do walkthrough of properties and things of that nature so it depends on what you are looking for and where exactly you are on the journey.

People dealt with the situation in two distinctly different ways: The first group (the civilized ones) went out of their way to accommodate the banks, maintain their properties and keep it in tip top shape, showing it to prospective buyers in hopes of minimizing the bank’s loss and trying to get the best short sale offer.

Hey Roy, happy to debate the points.Scale is critical in commercial, either have big land big project or be doing enough development that you scale your other costs down to the $140 range, but no beginner on a small project is going to achieve that.
